At Hi Joe, we are led by the desire to elevate the small moments. From conference rooms to break rooms to a cozy seat by the fire, our product serves to make those moments stand out. 

Founded in 2024 by two Yale graduates, Hi Joe offers edible drink toppers unlike any other on the market. By removing ink from the printing process, we're able to provide a lower cost, higher quality product.

Using heat-transfer technology, we print clear, detailed images and text without the use of any dyes, as our process relies on the natural caramelization of the sugar crystals in our edible sugar paper. Our product will not blur, bleed, or dissipate while on the surface of your drinks, and you no longer have to worry about artificial additives and food dye sensitivities.

Our expertise in the latest printing technology and graphic design allows us to offer a curated selection of ready-made themed drink toppers in addition to offering custom solutions for brands needing their unique logo and designs to stand out.
